Jim Enos of the Christian Heritage Party is asking to speak to City Council about the City's Transgender and Gender Non-Confirming Protocol.
Enos, an opponent of allowing transgender individuals to use the washroom of their choice, is known for speaking on his conservative Christian views in many public settings.
The Christian Heritage Party purchased bus shelter ads last summer, which the City removed as speech targeting an identifiable group.
Enos request will be vote on by Councils during the Monday, January 23, 2016 Audit, Finance & Administration Committee meeting. The meeting is scheduled for 9:30am that morning.
