The Ontario government just issued the following press statement:

Mitzie Hunter, Minister of Education, will visit Hamilton's City Hall with Ted McMeekin, MPP for Ancaster-Dundas-Flamborough-Westdale, and Eleanor McMahon, MPP for Burlington, to make an announcement.

Date: Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2016
Time: 1:30 p.m.
Location: Hamilton City Hall
2 floor foyer (outside Council Chambers)
71 Main Street West
Hamilton L8P 4Y5

A live webcast of the announcement will be available at:

As the announcement is in a municipal City Hall, we should expect the announcement to involve municipal partnerships with school boards.

Hamilton's public school board and the City are currently planning joint facilities in Greensville, the South Mountain, and a new municipal pool in Flamborough.

City Hall is a public building, and the announcement is in a public space, meaning the public can attend the announcement.
