December 1st's agenda is now on the City website.
On my first skim of the agenda:
- McMaster needs a parking variance for a new rez/office/classroom building. I wrote a piece about this, because the "parking shortage" is interesting trivia and a chance to write on parking in higher education.
- the application at 393 Hunter Street West is withdrawn. For Kirkendall residents interested in this file, this means if they the owner reapplies, the process starts a new, including a new notice period. The application was to add a second floor addition.
- The Gibson Lofts are asking for additional variances, one of which is to allow parking spaces in front of the building, something which is not permitted in the Barton Village district. GALA folks should take notice of this file
I'll work to write the traditional CoA preview story on ThePublicRecord.ca this weekend
